We do not process payments, or issue refunds, or ship orders directly through this website.

Our Moodscape videos and other ambient resources are hosted for free on YouTube. These are available for personal use only. No purchase, subscription, or license is required to access them.As these are freely accessible, no refunds, guarantees, or warranties apply.

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges directly. lease contact Amazon or Lulu through their respective platforms for any issues with your order. Please follow their official refund policies.
